This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It was a nightmare through our whole stay, with everything going worse day by day. We went for our anniversary, informed in advance and were told they would prepare something special but they never did. The bathroom is full of ants and the room has no wardrobe, is tiny and it not even properly clean.
Just after checkin, our keys were not working everytime we arrived to the hotel, we had to go to remake them we complained twice on the day of arrival and the next day we were late to our tour due to the waiting time of 30 minutes to enter our room.
We asked to talk to a manager and the receptionist replied there were no managers in this hotel!? Finally one appeared and she was the only nice person in the hotel, I was told she was the FO Manager but in fact as I later discovered she was Marketing Manager!? Not an option and we could see the hotel was not even half full as it was practically empty!!!
The towels were dirty and we found more than one The towels were dirty and we found more than one insect in our room, also they said no when asked for extra towels and had to stay a whole day without toilet paper. The Receptionist did not even speak proper english, talked among themselves in Thai when you talked to them and ignore you and their attitude and lack of manners is unacceptable.
The girl doing night shift was simply the worst, she was disrespectful and nearly made us lose flight. Their solution was to make me go to the minimarket, buy a cleaning product and clean it myself in the tiny sink. After a few arguments I just had to buy the product and they accepted to clean it. It is a complete disgrace of hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff in the hotel do not speak good english, the room is too small, the loud noise from the street right in front is horroble, no wardrobe, no hangers, full of ants, rationed towels and toilet paper.
