Rua Augusta is a historic pathway in the middle of Lisbon. Still, it is not exactly the most pleasant place nowadays: you'll be overwhelmed by sketchy offers, day and night.

There are also couple of restaurants amd cozy cafe along the way. It is a great piece of architecture and the street that follows makes for an enjoyable stroll.
We went here in januari and it wasnt very cold. The sun was shining pretty bright and there was a light breeze.
